The Provident Bank Welcomes Dave Gagnon, Senior Vice President/Senior Credit Officer

Gagnon brings over 20 years commercial banking experience with in-depth experience in CRE, C&I, Special Assets and overall Risk Management

(AMESBURY, MA., December 18, 2017) – The Provident Bank announced today the addition of David Gagnon, Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Credit Officer to the Bank. Gagnon is responsible for managing the Bank’s credit functions, including underwriting, structuring, processing and loan approvals and will lead a team of 19 credit and SBA specialists. He will report to the CEO, David P. Mansfield

During his 11-year tenure at TD Bank, Gagnon was Senior Vice President/Team Leader, Commercial Lending, Vice President, Credit Officer-Risk Management, and most recently, Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Officer. Prior to TD Bank, he spent nine years at Citizens Financial Group in both credit and lending capacities.

Gagnon will work from the Bank’s headquarters in Amesbury, MA. He lives with his family in Manchester, NH. Mr. Gagnon is a former Board member with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua and the Greater Nashua & Souhegan Valley Red Cross.
