$50,000 Divided Among Thirty-Four Organizations Through BankProv’s 19th Annual “Our Community, Your E-Vote” Program

The 19th Annual BankProv Our Community, Your E-Vote reception was held on June 13th. Thirty-four non-profit organizations gathered at the bank’s Amesbury headquarters to collect their donation and find out who earned the most votes in this friendly competition.

Dave Mansfield, BankProv CEO, personally handed checks to each organization as he thanked them for their dedication to our local community.

“Each and every organization nominated to participate in the Our Community, You E-Vote program has a significant impact on our community,” says Mansfield. “Every year we invite organizations selected by our bank officers to join us in a friendly competition to create awareness for their cause. At the end of the competition, $50,000 of the bank’s charitable dollars is divided among the organizations. It is our way of giving back and saying Thank You for what they do every single day.”

The top three organizations by number of votes were: Pettengill House, Boys & Girls Club of Manchester and Lowell’s Boat Shop.

“We hope that our donation will bring these organizations one step closer to helping families in need,” continues Mansfield. “It is an honor to support such dedicated organizations through this program.”

To date, the bank has distributed over $472,000 to area organizations through the Our Community, Your E-Vote program.
