The Provident Bank Welcomes Joseph Varraso, Vice President, Commercial Lending

Varraso brings over 20 years of experience in finance and commercial banking with a proven track record of meeting revenue and profit goals through customer retention and relationship building. 

(AMESBURY, MA., March 20, 2018) – The Provident Bank announced today the addition of Joe Varraso, Vice President, Commercial Lending, to the bank. Varraso joined the bank’s Greater Boston Regional Office with a focus on Commercial and Industrial, and Commercial Real Estate lending. With over 20 years of finance and commercial banking experience, he understands the importance of being a true business banking partner to his clients.

Varraso earned his B.S. Finance from Bentley College and completed graduate courses at Suffolk University. Prior to joining The Provident Bank, he was Vice President – Business Banking Team Leader at Radius Bank in Boston, MA. Varraso also held the position of Vice President – Small Business Banking at Bank of America, and Vice President – Market Manager Business Banking Client Management at Citizens Financial Group.
