On Monday, April 17th between 12:00 am and 1:00 am. The Provident Bank’s Online Banking service will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance and updates.
What can you expect when logging on after Monday, April 17th?
• Security images and phrases will no longer appear on the Online Banking login page.
• At time of login, Online Banking users will be prompted to choose five (5) new security questions.
• A new “forgot your password” feature will be added for user convenience.
