On Monday, April 17th between 12:00 am and 1:00 am. The Provident Bank’s Online Banking service will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance and updates.

What can you expect when logging on after Monday, April 17th?

 Security images and phrases will no longer appear on the Online Banking login page.

 At time of login, Online Banking users will be prompted to choose five (5) new security questions.

 A new “forgot your password” feature will be added for user convenience.
